1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WE WANT YOU TO BE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE FROM SUBTROPIC.WORLD. IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICY BELOW.
A. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
• ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT (BASED ON SHIPPING TRACKING INFORMATION).
• THE ITEM MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL, UNUSED, AND UNWASHED CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
• RETURNS THAT ARE WORN, STAINED, WASHED, OR DAMAGED WILL REQUIRE FURTHER REVIEW AND MAY BE DENIED OR SUBJECT TO A PARTIAL REFUND BASED ON OUR INSPECTION.
B. RETURN PROCESS
1. EMAIL INFO@CULTURECREATIVEGROUP.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND REASON FOR RETURN.
2. ONCE APPROVED, YOU WILL RECEIVE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.
3. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS AND PACKAGING.
4. UPON RECEIPT, WE WILL INSPECT THE ITEM AND PROCESS A REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF ELIGIBLE.
C. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:
• FINAL SALE ITEMS
• UNDERGARMENTS OR SWIMWEAR
• CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS
• ANY PRODUCT RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION
2. REFUNDS
A. REFUND PROCESSING
• REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE RETURN IS APPROVED.
• SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
• IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED OR STAINED, WE WILL CONTACT YOU FOR FURTHER REVIEW, WHICH MAY DELAY YOUR REFUND PROCESS.
B. PARTIAL REFUNDS
IF A RETURNED ITEM DOES NOT MEET OUR RETURN CRITERIA BUT IS STILL ELIGIBLE FOR A PARTIAL REFUND, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED WITH A PROPOSED REFUND AMOUNT.

B. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
WE SHIP ORDERS VIA STANDARD & EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:
• STANDARD: 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS
• EXPEDITED: 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS
• INTERNATIONAL: 7-20 BUSINESS DAYS (CUSTOMS MAY CAUSE DELAYS)
C. TRACKING INFORMATION

• SUBTROPIC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY SHIPPING CARRIERS.
D. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
• ONCE A PACKAGE IS MARKED AS DELIVERED, SUBTROPIC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS.

E. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURN PACKAGING
• RETURNS MUST BE PACKAGED SECURELY TO AVOID DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING.
• ANY DAMAGE INCURRED DURING RETURN SHIPPING DUE TO IMPROPER PACKAGING MAY RESULT IN A DENIED RETURN OR A PARTIAL REFUND.
